Locked myself out :(

Is there a way that an administrator of there own forum can retrieve a lost password? I changed the address of the forum and lost my saved password so now i cant get back onto the forum which im in the process of finishing

Ive tried to request a forgotten password but it says because im admin that function has been disabled. Is there anyway to get back into my forum? I even tried to register someone then use the activation link to see if it will automatically log me in, but it doesnt work

Any help here? I dont want to create another one, plus i need that specific address and cant delete this one without logging in
