Hi!Can anyone tell how can we create a field which appears only when registering, and after its only visible to admin not members??

Are you saying you don't want the the field to appear in the profiles even to admin?

In profiles> make a new profile field
Make it obligatory
Make it visible only to admin

If you want the field to appear in the members profile via members list (ONLY to admin) mark it to appear in profiles.

If you DON'T want the field in the memberslist profile, do not mark profile.
The field will be visible in the member's profile via the admin panel.
