Html not working. Empty Html not working.

i want this html to work on my forums.

but at the moment it just appears as the code, i have my html activated and also on in the post, how can i fix this??

Try the code in your Homepage message box: Admin>Display>Generalities

First... switch editor modes by clicking the red X

the way i always do it is put <form>text</form>
