Problems backing up my Board

Hi, I hope someone can help me with this problem that I have.
I have gone into ACP on my website and clicked on Security/Backups.
I have then followed the link to manage my backups and it takes me to the Utilities page and I am then asked to login using the original email address and password I used when I first created my website.
The email address is no problem but its over a year since I used the password and I have forgotten it.
I have tried all sorts of permutations and cant for the life of me remember it.

Is there anything I can do ?

Obviously I am registered here but have no idea if this registration will work for what I want
