Signature help! Empty Signature help!

All my users keep complaining that their signature won't show up. If I go in and edit on their profile for their signature to always show up, then it works. Is there any way I can set it that all current and new users profile is like this?

Profile=>Preference=>Always attach my signature=>Yes=>Save?
