Solved What are the forumotion special tags and how do i change the text they show?

Where can i find a list of all the forumotion special tags such as {TOTAL_POSTS} or {TOTAL_USERS}?

Also, on http://www.god-makers.com/login.forum?connexion they have managed to change the text generated by {TOTAL_POSTS} etc. how do i do this?
