Hello, need help for colours

Ive half way threw me new forum, And im confused!! When i write a new topic or new post i try and changed the colour of text to different colours it comes up with , At the moment everything is blue, and i would like to use different colours in post EG - RED, BLUE, YELLO, BLACK ect ect, I was wondering how do i fix this problem or what do i need to do to solve this,
Also how new members have colours on there name when they sign up do i need to do anything or does it do it automatic.
How do i get underline and bold Sorry members bout this as im new to the whole forum thing .

Use similar codes to get different colors.

The members get the color automatically.

You put the codes when your writing a message.
To show photos, you need to first activate html codes and then use:

Its when i or other members want to post a topic in me forum, The colour of writing is ONLY blue, And when i try and change the colour IE- to red, and it doesnt changed colour, I dont no why it does this, Thank you

Try this, go to Genreal>Messages and emails>Configuration>Allow BBcode>Yes>Save

See if that works.

Yes i done that before, But nofink, I dont no wot i have done? But it just wont change colours in post, The colours change in the subject part, But not when i write a post?

In my CSS Stylesheet its empty.. is this why? and me Deactivate the basic CSS is on NO,
