Solved Why is a pop up coming up?

I am a adminstrator of my forums and a pop up just came up when I logged off saying that " The adminstrator of this forum is processing Maintenance. You can't Access this forum at the moment. For more more details contact the Adminstrator!! I am the Adminstator of the site!! PLEASE Help!!!

Admins can still get into the forum.

Admin Panel>>General Tab>>Configuration>>Look for Forum Forum in construction :>>Click No>>Save

Your forum must be in construction.

Admin Panel > General > Configuration > Forum in construction > No
