Solved preventing guests pm'ing members

Hi. Is there a way of preventing guests from pm'ing members until membership is accepted? Thank you x

Can guests pm admin though? As we have a member that has managed to send admin a pm, even though it is showing as 'guest'? In the Special admin-only fields I put no in the can send pm, but she has manged to?
Very confused. & no in the user active section.

The guest can't pm one user, because they have not the permission to send pm.
