How do I add google Adsense ads?

I have added a searchbox to my forum widget but im not able to add the content one where the are several ads in one box. How do i add the content ads?

I don't believe you are allowed to post your own adds.

Ive seen other people talking about how they want to add there own google ads. Thats what I want to do.

You cant add ads they come by them self.

administration panel --> Advanced (on sidebar) --> General (link on top) --> forum --> Configuration --> Activate ads : all

i think what are trying to do is add and image with a link that's leads to it.
so lets say you have something like hollywood video for a example?

Hmm thanks for the help people. But i think i couldnt explain my self properly. I want to add google adsense to my page. This is where you get money from google for every click you get. You can like 2 cents per click on something like that. So I want to add this to my forum but it doesnt show.

The links look something: go to google and search anything and you should see on the right hand side some sponsored links. I want to add something like that.

oh i think you can only do that in your templates. and you have to have credits to be able to edit it that. once you have the proper amount of credits then you should be able to add that no problem.

but we better let staff or member that's more familiar with that just to be sure?

hi guys, I didn't get, is it possible to enter a google ads in my forum?
I tried to do it creating a personal widget and then pasting the code of the ads I want to put but it doesn't appear anything. Just a blank space.
In each forum I have seen is possible to put ads from google so there's gotta be some way to do it here!

Hi, you mean the Hollywood Video?
No, this is not what I want, I want to put the Google Ad sense like we put it in blogger (for example in Blogspot.com) You just take the code and paste it and it's done. But here I can't do it. Or maybe there is something I miss...

if you have the code it should work.do you have your html enabled?
i understand the google adsense i have had that on my paid forum.i honestly do not know if it is possible to have this on a free forum? i know you can pay to have the forumotion adds removed and you can put your own adds in your widgets like i explained with the hollywood video.

as far as the google adsense i do not know if forumotion offer or allow that on the forum.
but i am not a 100% sure. if you have a code and add them to your widget as long as it's nothing illegal or breaking forumotions TOS. I don't see why you would not be able to add them. so make sure your html is enabled for your forum and is also on in your profile preference settings. it should work.
