Solved Profile: Changing E-mail

Is there a way to change your e-mail address to something else? Example:

from guy@gmail.com

to guy@yahoo.com

Where?In this forum, or in your forum?
In your forum: Administration Panel=>Users&Groups=>Search users=>Select one users=>E-mail adress.
For activate this option: Administration Panel=>Users&Groups=>Users options=>User settings=>Allow users to change their e-mail address=>Yes=>Save.
