Random Forum Deletion!!!! HELP!

Okay, is started a new site about a month ago and i just signed onto it and the home page, which had 2 categories and about 14 forums, said:
"Information

This board has no forums"

I went to check the administration board and it still had the two categories, but no forums inside of it. When i went to PM my mod, it said:
"General Error

Could not insert/update private message sent text."

I'm not completely sure if someone hacked my site or if it was just a problem with the forums, but i spent a lot of time on the site and all of a sudden all my hard work is gone.

i figured something like that because, as Typlo said, the site is mostly secure.

I fixed it using that link. Thanks Dralimarx.
