Forum does not remember your log in details

Hi Guys,

Can anyone please help.

We have a forum called BluClan.

The problem we have is that the forum does not remember our login details. (and yes we do tick the remember me tick box)

The other thing that happens is that when we are logged in and we want to create a topic it logs us out and asks us to log back in.

We have not had this forum for long i think it must of been about 2 - 3 months now.

Can someone please help.

Hi,

No.........i can log in and tick the remember me box log out and close the browser and open another one and go to the forum again and then it asks you to enter in your login details.

any ideas......

I am using IE 7 i think all the other people that are using it are also using IE7

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies on your browser then trying it again. It might help you.
