One of my members set up an album when she first joined but she checked and now all her photos are under a different users name? How could this happen? how can we fix this?

Sounds like a glitch try uploading them again and see what happens.

Isn't there anyway of deleting a members album or editing it for them?

You should go and click on the album and click on the picture and delete them.
