Solved header Icons and Title

How does one reduce the space between the header icon and the Space between the title of that forum? A while back they overlapped, then when changed they are now almost an inch apart. All I would like is them to be a character to two apart. Just some house cleaning...

In the admin panel > general>forum>configuration>pages structure box
reduce the Image cell's width category/board :
