New skin (import) Empty New skin (import)

Hello, I was just wondering how do i import an skin, I alread tried but nothing, I go to Skins management, then click browse and select 1 from me saved files, so i click import and it says "Import ended", And i carnt find the skin anywhere.

So im sure you can have a skin of your own, but im i doing it right?

The theme to be imported must be in .bbtheme format

is there a way to convert an XML file to a bbtheme file?
