How can i make the forum description be put in the middle of my forum not left or right i mean not top or bottom i dont want it top or bottom i want it in the middle

I don't remember if the forum description allows HTML, but it's worth a shot.

okay great, well i have another problem too, i want an image in my description but i want it all the way to the right so it looks like the topics on the left except this image would be on the right

I don't believe there is a <right></right> HTML code though. I'm not 100% sure.
