Is there a way i can edit the portal?

Some Specifics I want are:

~ Partners changed
~ Search taken off
~ The forum thing taken off
~ and make some new things on it

To answer your question :

Administration panel >> Module >> Portal >> Portal Structure

On that page, you will then be able to edit the blocks on the portal, and create custom blocks. Remember when adding html, to activate the html mode by clicking the button.

Okay but i cant find The Module part of it... Do i click on Administration Panel from the forum cause that is what i am doing

Yes, from the bottom of your forum.

Make sure that you're in the advanced parameter mode, by clicking the link in the top right of the admin panel.
