important topic and topica

i cfan see many forums having a feature when i go in any forum i can see 2 things important topics where all stickies and annoucements are there and topics where normal topics are there how to enable this thing?

General>Messages and Emails>Configuration
Separate annoucements and stickies from the messages : With a table

Hit save.

thankyou and can i rename the announcement and stickes ?

Additional information:

When you create a post you can below the message box the word "option", click the + sign just right side of that bar. then choose what ever you want it to be, it could be a Announcement or Sticky notes only.

Admin panel>general>Messages and Emails>Configuration>Define another name for Stickies : {type in the name in the box} > Define another name for Announcements : {type in the name in the box} > save
