Why? It just stays to the old one I put before (Both are wallpapers I made) How come I cant change it?

Have you tried to manally refresh the page (Ctrl + F5) ?

No. I will try

I am on a MAC and so when I tryed control + F5 it doesn't do anything. Is there another way of refreshing the page?
