I want to ask you all that during registration, there are rules written.I know we can add something to it but can we edit it?
I just want to allow members for SMS language bwi

On Invision it is: Administration Panel -> General -> Rules and FAQ: Additional Rules

In version 3, I believe you can only ADD additional rules, not edit the default ones.

If I happen to be wrong...I would like to know exactly how to do that as well.
