How many members have you banned from your forum

Hello everyone,
I would like to know,how many members have you banned from your forums you are a mod or admin of,and please state reasons why they have been banned.

I have banned 3 members so far on a forum am an Administrator of.

~One for advertising threw private messages
~One for making lots of accounts for advertising threw pm {IP Ban}
~One for just failing to obey the rules

Now,I would like to see all of your answers please.

First Forum ~ 6 Banned Users with 116 users
Second Forum ~ 102 Banned users with more than 1000 registered members
Third Forum ~ 2 Banned users with 115 users
Fourth Forum ~ 11 banned users with more than 150 users
Fifth Forum ~ 2 Banned users with 84 users
