Members Messages Won't Post

I have a new member who is having trouble getting her messages in the forum to post. She writes:

I had suggested that may she had forgotten to hit the "send", but this is what she replied:

Is there some way to fix this problem? Thank you for taking the time to help!

Try resynchronizing your forum :

1. Administration Panel
   
2. General tab
   
3. Forum -- Configuration
   
4. Scroll all the way down the page to the resynchronize section.

Thank you for the quick response! I've done what you suggested. Hopefully this member will be able to post now. None of the other members seem to have this problem.
