Calendar Button Empty Calendar Button

Does anyone know where I can get a copy or an example of a calendar button for my forum? It seems the original has disapeared and I only have access to "mini icons". Thanks

I can see the calendar button is not available for that skin by default.
You should do a graphic request to make a similar button.
