I forget my password !!!!!!!!!!

Well i made a forum a week ago.
An today i wanted to enter but it denied my password.
And today i tried to make an account here with the mail that i used to the forum, that is llawliet1@hotmail.es, and the email don't arrived to me so i think i made the same error with the forum and i put the email with caps. So when you change my pass send it to llawliet1 not to LLawliet1 if it that the email of the forum, cause i think that if u put with caps it changes the email.
