topic background picture

i made a new website and i chose a style from hitskin
i noticed that my topics have background picture like the one illustrated


can anyone show me how can i change this picture>>so i can change it to another picture

You mean the bluish-teal-colored design at the top of your screenshot?

You should put it to...
Admin Panel > Display > Colors > CSS Stylesheet.

But before that, you should edit this thing in the code...

Change the url with the one you need and paste the code to the CSS Stylesheet.
