Solved Filtering in Videos

Hi forumotion staff. I plan to put music videos and others on my forum because I am doing an Exposing Entertainment series. Do you have any way that it could mute the cursing in the videos that may come up? I mean, the curse word is said in the video but when they say it it is muted/blocked out. And if a woman comes up with skimpy clothes on, is there any way that you can get a black block to come up and block her cleavage or whatever?
