founder lost pass word

i am both the founder and administrator of the kids world radio forum and my problem is this I have forgotten my password and have no way to get in is there a way to
get in to my forum how van I change my password so i can get in

i think I'm in trouble first of all II don't remember my pass work at the point
of creation or my pass word I am listed just as Administrator and I am still
waiting for my responcews to the P's I sent all I want is to my forum is there away to change my pass sord or would it be eraser to start all over what dov you suggest

I'm in a similar situation. I'm taking over for the founder, but he doesn't remember any of his founder info, and won't come here to get help. Argghhhh!
