Profiles>>Multiple Choice
I can't see the picture Profiles>>Multiple Choice Ajouter and Profiles>>Multiple Choice Supprimer to add/remove a choice. Please fix it.

You can't see them in the Administration Panel? If so, then try switching browsers momentarily.

Seems like after you press "save", you can't edit the choices. Probably have to delete and make a new field.
