Someone has copied my website.

Some who i banned of my forum, has created there own WoW server, and copied all of my rules/reglations of the WoW forums. I can give you a direct link the forums, and what they have copied.

Can something PLEASE be done about it? I find it unfair that he has copied my rules that i have created, and used them on there own server.

I feel your pain, but I am terribly sorry to say that you are not capable of managing anything with this situation if you do not have official patents or copyrights on the items stolen from your forum.

So there is nothing anyone can do about it?

Not really, unless you get typlo to contact the administrator, which probably won't happen

I have filed a complaint on the "report a forum" thing, but i dont know how long that takes.

Also i was told if i reported this to Forumotion, i would be DDOS'd. Aka Computer completely destroyed.

Their forum cannot be deleted unless they did something against the Terms of Service. They would of have to stolen something copyrighted if they would of been in trouble. If you don't have anything on your forum that is officially copyright by a patent office, that user can't get in trouble for stealing your items. So, that would be like quoting a user's post on another forum, if you know what I mean.
But, I do understand that you want to rip this guy's head off because I for one do hate people that try to get rich off of your stuff.

Well, have you ever asked that user nicely if he could please remove your content from his forum?

Yea i asked him, and because i said i was posting here, he has changed them.
