Need Mod/Admin Help on Copyright Issues

The Rank Images for several of these, including Genin, Chunin, Jounin, Akatsuki/Akatsuki Leader, and Missing-Nin are from http://beyondtheshinobi.omgforum.net/ and the original form of http://narutor.ingoo.us/forum.htm. I and a staff member of the original sites of which these Rank Images were made asked the Administration to remove them. They promptly deleted the topic which we addressed the issue. I, personally, have sent a "Copyright Infringment" report under the "Report Abuse" button. Two times, one notifying of the problem, and the second copying a conversation I had with the head admin on him promptly saying "We will not remove them". (I'm Fushigi Gashin on that site, by the way). I have heard that another Staff Member from the original sites the Rank Images belonged to have also filed a complaint under the "Report Abuse" button. Yet nothing has been done. Why? Please get back to me and do something about this, for me, the original staff of Naruto Revolution and Beyond the Shinobi want them removed, as they did not ask their permission nor do they belong to them. Thank you.
