How Do I add a box around quoted messages?

Atm, there is no box. How do I add one around the quoted messages? Not a box like on the Colors page, I want an outline.

what you mean to have the same background color but just a colored outline around it?
kind of how the quick reply box here?the back ground is white but the box outline is blue. is that what you mean?

Im not sure? I just clicked on phhpbb2 and I changed the colours to suit my needs.

And also, how do I add speech marks like this forums has when you quote a message?

Try this.
But this will also add border to other tables like code box and spoiler.

Code:

.post table tr td table {
border : 1px solid red;
}

Change border size and color.

PHPBB2 is great if you understand code and script if not
it's better to go with a Hitskin
