10 letter limit to Topic titles Empty 10 letter limit to Topic titles

How do I change the 10 letter limit on the topic title? Topic's cannot be called stuff like "Movies" as there aren't 10 characters and I can't find an option to adjust this. Is there a way? Question

In the admin panel go to General tab> messages and emails>scroll down to the topics box> adjust topic title length min. value
