Creation size (in pixels) : Erm, not sure. I want it to be the same size as the flags on the forum.

Background color : Black and blue
Picture(s) link(s) : I want a logo but not sure. You can make one up, and also a few images like music, sports, movies/films, computers. You dont have to use all of them but a few would do.

Font color : Blue but not the same colour as the background.
