icon missing Empty icon missing

Hi,
this is my web forum http://pmbforum.forumotion.com/
My problem is when i view my forum today, my icon for PORTAL, INDEX, FAQ ...... are missing ?
May I know why ? How to install it back..?

TQ VERY MUCH..MAYBE PROBLEM WITH SETTING..OR MAYBE I CANT SEE THE ICON IN THE OFFICE,..THANKS A LOT..
