Adding A Navigation Table?

How would I go about adding a navigation table to the homepage of my forums?

Example:

Display>Headers and navigation
Add a customized menu, to add a navigation button.

Also, i am not sure what you mean by navigation table? Can you give a screenshot of what you exactly want?

You want it in the widgets, just go on adding such a code.
