Error Message I Keep Getting Empty Error Message I Keep Getting

Error Message I Keep Getting 2ypn4u9

^That image above keeps coming up everytime I turn my laptop on. I don't know how to get it to stop doing that. I think it is because ages ago I typed in something on Google and it was some download (forgot what it was) and I clicked on 'Download' and it said an error occured, and then my laptop started making noises and I didn't know what was happening so I turned off my laptop, turned it back on and then that started happening.

Any idea of how to stop this, please?
