Can't Find Registration Options in Admin Panel

HI you guys. I can't find the registration options in the administration panel. You know, the thing that you can check off that tells you what the person signing up has to put or is optional for them to put.

I want to make AGE on my forum mandatory but not Location. right now its just the opposite. However, I can't find it and I've been looking up and down for it.

Administration Panel=>Users and Groups=>Users=>Profile=>Profile fields=>Fields=>click this button ~ =>Field edit=>Obligatory=>If you select yes,the user has to full out the information.

I clicked modify for age but when I went to check yes for obligatory, there was no obligatory button there! Where is it?

Yes,it is a special field,and special fields can't be set as obligatory.

Look for the * by the name.

You can set birthday as obligatory though.

And if you enter a year,your age will automatically be displayed.
