Can't edit categories/ sidebar widgets messed up

My forum has been acting weird the last three days.
The side bar widgets are gone and the category page in the admin panel freezes up on me. I thought it might work itself out or the owners of forumotion were screwing around with something recently but I don't think that has been the case.
The funny thing is that I haven't even touched the admin panel for about two weeks before it started doing this.
