Solved Recent topics widget having issues

the recent topics widget wont scroll. I tried setting the scroll on off, it made the font smaller, then I put it back ON, and it is not scrolling its just big font. Can somebody please help me fix this?

I think one more person had a similar problem, must be a temporary issue related to the update that was done lately. It will be fixed soon.
