Suddenly, my forum got damaged ...

Please help.
Since today, my chat, emoticons (smilies) and scrolling on the "Latest topics" widget quit working.
I believe it is a javascript related problem.
If there was a way to overwrite all the javascripts on my forum's page, I believe this would solve my problem.
You can take a look at those problems here ...
Please tell me what can I do in order to fix that?
