Forum size., Too big, have to scroll across

Hi. I've just made my forum, and it's too big.

hello..about resizing it...follow my steps

1-admin panel (old version)

2-styles admin

3-colors

4-find this line "Forum width " and enter 80%

try and tell me what you've got

No, not worked. Still too big, Made it 50% too and nothing changed.

Then type in 800px... If that doesn't work you either have a screen from the stone age or a browser from it

Ps it is 50% wide for me just because you have to scroll doesn't mean everyone else has to. set it at 80% and leave it or else everyone will see it far too small.

However you realise that people with a higher resolution now see it half the size you see it?


If you want to make it right, just make it 80% and deal with it yourself. Otherwise all your users that have a higher rez will see it too small.

80% means 80% of the screen width, 800px means 800 dots but that kan be smaller on one persons screen than on anothers so % is more reliable

But the percent didn't work. 100% and 20% look the same size.

Did you try clearing your browser cache?

They didn't look the same for me. Probably other people thought it looked small too.

It's just something with your computer.
