Did you play around with the skin or added any new widgets?Reinstall this skin again. See if it works.

Try changing your skin, alexisace. Maybe the skin you have on now has some sort of bug.

Try moving your cursor around the bottom and see if it pops up
it may be the skin being to dark

Are you sure you are administrator?
Ask to your second admin if he is having the same problem after the skin change(if you have one)
and try clicking on your footer..
or hey..go at the bottom of your forum and press
"CTRL+A" then you may see the link..can you.??

As MrMario stated, use this address to access your administration panel (which is exactly what I do all the time ) :

http://YOURFORUM.com/admin

It will direct you to your forum's administration panel (if you aren't logged in, then you will have to log in from there.)
