How could I change instead of having it show at the bottom of someone's post this is what i'm talking about
If I wanted to have it next to someone's username instead how could i do that?

Well make the header and navigation to a new header

Yes im sure it all goes by theme or the version i know mine was at one point like on here then i changed something and it changed
But im not 100% sure you cant change it in admin
