Solved control panel for users

I watn to create a control panel for users like in this tutorial https://help.forumotion.com/tricks-tips-f32/control-panel-for-users-t42100.htm but insntworking..it looks like thiscontrol panel for users Screen28..Pls can anyone make the code to work?
Note:the background should be the same as my forum...so if i wan to change the theme the backround to chsnge,like a transparetn one i believe(is working now in this script sa try not to modify that)

Place <li> after each direction in the code that was supplied in the tutorial(such as 'Information', 'Preference', etc.)
