Solved Unlock my domain for transfer

Post by lee111 May 19th 2009, 6:29 am

HI, I recently built my own forum in a host i've bought, i wanna transfer my forummotion domain to that new forum, so I've requested a domain transfer in my new host and here is what I got from a technician there:
Hello,

We have received a payment for the transfer of the domain name hia8.com. That domain name, however, is locked, so I would like to ask you to contact your current registrar or hosting company to unlock the domain name if you don't have that option in your domain control panel. Please let us know when you do that so that we could proceed with the transfer.

Best Regards,

please help me with this, thanks you.

P/S: sr for my bad English.
