Warning system help?

Hi,

I want to know that how can i make warning system in my forum on 'forumotion'

I have got this link

But i am not able to make

Its like that

Step 1
In "Admin Panel / Users & Groups / Users / Profiles", click the "create personalized profile" link.

but i am not able to find "Create personalized profile"

so am not getting this thing to make warning system

Nopes, thats an outdated tutorial. After the new updates, the tutorial was not updated.
