Solved A flash movie as a logo on the forum?

Hello all
Hope someone can answer me here
is it possible to add a flash video as a logo on my forum? try ed to find answers here but no luck, so hope someone can give me a answer.
Have try ed a gif animation, work OK but the quality no god and it a big file, so it slow down the uploading of the forum
So a flash file had been perfect, so anyone know this
