How i can find my password again?? Empty How i can find my password again??

Hello all, I want to ask how i can my password again in my forum(i am the admin)..
I have go to my forum then click forgot password, I enter my username and my email, But the notice say "The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security" .

Now, i cant go to my forum.. Sad Sad ..

Some one please help me...

This is new.... send me a link to your forum. The only thing I can think of are either your cookies or you've been hacked.
