Advertising Empty Advertising

All of a sudden, adverts have appeared along the top of my forum and members posts have blue hypertext links in them to link off to other websites. It's starting to get very annoying, even my forum title has links in it.

How and can I fix this without actually buying domains and the sort for my forum?

There is no way unless you buy credits for the ad removel.
